The world of CBD products has seemingly exploded in recent years. CBD stores are popping up everywhere and numerous online companies seem to have an unlimited number of products available. If you have ever walked around a CBD store or browsed a CBD website, you probably saw gummies, lotions, tinctures, pet treats and more. You also probably saw that some products said they contained ten milligrams, some products boasted they contained 5,000 milligrams. Some products are, "broad spectrum" and some are, "full spectrum." To further complicate matters, there is, "delta-8" or "delta-9," some products claim they will help you sleep better and some packaging indicates one gummy will launch you into the stratosphere (pro tip: it might). All this is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to how confusing the current CBD market is. This is a lot to navigate, even for a savvy consumer. We have launched CBDhelpForMe to help you navigate the Wild West that the current CBD market leaves the average consumer mired in. We have tested many products and will continue to try more and update our reviews and recommendations.
